As I say "Patience is an Investor's Best Friend". But one must always look at the basics (Good fundamentals, Earnings Ability, Management, Market share capability of the company). If one invests in a company based not soley but close to these reasons you will overall through the years average a nice return. Most Penny Stocks (at the price level of PRWT) don't have these and they usually have just pink sheets. Well this is a good buying opportunity and in my 20 years of investing I only came across a Penny Stock like this a couple of times. As always invest within your means and Good Luck!
