Yes both side should be heard. And both sides should answer questions.

You have asked a lot of questions of those of us who support Sid. When are you going to start asking some questions of the J/L contingent? Since you have previously expressed a strong interest in ethics you might start by asking about the ethics of Matt Walters continuing in a position where he could influence a decision to give a huge chunk of the company to a partnership in which his father had a major ownership stake. You might also ask about the ethics of Austin Lett selling a major investment in his partnership to the relative of a company employee who could influence the decision.
