AnnieO, Hi!!! Sure do love this Dell.....just have patience for awhile and then bang....off again it goes...Dell has done this for so long now it is comforting to just watch these days... know that what you have learned and believe in is coming true...the link Patrick sent today is enormous IMO....Dell giving their word that they want to be #1 in quality and service and then earning it.... is an indication that they learned a very valuable lesson back in 93...coming back from that and developing what they have in such a short time is due to their quality first and then their affordable products....just my opinion...but, these are two of the reasons why I hold so much faith in Dell....hoping it rains again tomorrow!
