Sonki,

YHOO just resumed, up 14 on insta-net..

Might mean up 25, or might mean up 5 by tomorrow.

I have my DELL call still in hand.. looking good, although AMD missing by so much hurts the techs a little..

Sonki, why do you think MER will beat estimates and when does it report?

btw, the yr2k sector took off as I posted awhile ago. KEA and CPWR recently made new highs since they are the leaders and broader spectrum beyond the yr2k problem. The yr2k stocks I track have cruised thru their 200-day ema from below, even the ugliest ... CHRZ did so today.

can you share with me your feelings on trading stocks (or should i say investing) <g> in IRA accounts?

my parents like the tax free returns but dislike the fact that if I lose money, then it's from an IRA account ---> you can only put $2000/yr.. $2000 is easy to lose with stocks <g>

hope you understood my question.

Chris

** note, we have a large IRA account, but all in mutual funds.
my dad has been doing mutual funds for 15 yrs.
