THIS IS HUGE!!!!!! Excuse me for my hypish response. $10 MILLION DOLLARS A MONTH GUARANTEED!! Pick me up off the floor! In the orignal release on the Belize deal. It was just $10 million dollars guaranteed. Now it is $10 million dollars guaranteed on a monthly basis. WOW! We have yet to see the release on the Video Phone Contract which John has been sitting on for 2 weeks!!!!!! I've got to get the cattle prod out! YEEEEEEEEHHHHAAAAAAAAA!!!! I got to go folks! Colleen (and others), The press release states: "The government of Belize has backed the program and investors have committed to fund $10,000,000 in mortgages monthly beginning immediately." but you said: "Don't forget the 5% origination fees and the 2% yearly SERVICE fee...kind of like taking candy from a baby...this is in ADDITION to the $10 Million/month" and Reason said: "THIS IS HUGE!!!!!! It's this kind of "misreading" that leads to investor dissatisfaction later. Yes, I'm excited about this news too. Especially the part about Costa Rica, but please be careful. And Reason...what's your reason for not letting trial members in on your information? I've been long on this stock longer than most here (bought in at .014), and would appreciate updates from you, and anyone else, that has good information. TIA.
