Volume is low after hours in AMZN....last trade at 113...seems to be where it is averaging. Also a recent trade at 106...so it is highly unpredictable.

I agree. Its too easy to manipulate after hours with a few thousand or even hundred share trades, since its a closed system. I've seem many a stock up after hours the night of earnings only to tank significantly by noon (ITWO last quarter was a prime example).
