Patrick, Heaven is coming, but a test of the bottom for a while would also be normal. I own it in my IRA, so that's the best indicator of my thoughts. I want to be in early as the 1 day jumps from these levels can be huge on a percentage basis.

I think the negative sentiment for the semi mfg. sector has bottomed. The fund managers will not want to be late to the party in this sector when it finally comes, which it definitely will, but I don't know exactly when. So that's another reason to be early in rather than late. One might want to wait for earnings to see if bottom is tested again, but we already know they'll be big red, so it will be interesting to see what happens. It's old news.
