<NO Plans to offer ANY large percentage to the JV Partner..> Then one could expect major stock dilution,it has to be one of the two..DD A JV partner ain't assuming the cost and risk for free,IMO.

John, I have a question about the lease on Matagorda Island. The information on Nevtah's home page states that there are three wells on the lease. All three are sanded up. Does the technology exist today to correct this problem on the new well? You people don't dump on me please? I am long this stock and have no plans on selling for a long time. As an investor, I am only trying to settle a concern in my mind. Yes I could call the 800 number, but I feel the answer, out in the open, will benefit everyone. Thx
