M, I did not go deep, but seems they're not mask maker, but make equipment for mask originals, which can be copied later, and something else. Today was an announcement of an R&D grant to develop something which, IF WORKS, may be a big deal in several years. Anyway, seems they are not a mainline kind of semi equipment Co, but more like a specialty, and I can't really evaluate their business prospects. But, seems, there are more commodity producers which are more richly valued.
