MOGUL: My feelings why the stock price hasn't been higher is because there is an oldtime holder of the stock who has been cashing out a large amt. (60 million + shares) of stock in the area of a nickle. This has kept the price down effectively. About 90% has been absorbed; with the market saturating the remaining shares, lack of supply will cause the price adjustment; stronger hands will probably hold until they meet their target level. But with the increasing popularity of PRWT, there should be no problem finding a continuous supply of newbie investors. Of course today's press release doesn't hurt either. As always, this is just my opinion; your opinion may vary. DM
