I see they announced a new marketing agreement in the US today, taking a $6.5 million charge, and they were trading at 8 1/2 after hours (according to one report).

No, I didn't pick up the cheap puts... yes, I should shoot myself again :) I'm a bit worried ahead of the conference call after earnings... could be another couple of upgrades if they do a positive spin on Viagra's side-effect problems.

If they don't, I easily see this falling back to 6 again in a week or so.

What to do, what to do :) Maybe I should just let the current AUG 7.5's ride.

In terms of other stocks, you might want to look at IDTI.

I've been following them for about 2 years (so far, only broke even on them), but they have had a big falloff to the 7 range, and now seem to be basing. I actually entered a couple of weeks back at just under 7, and sold the JUL 7.5 CALLs for 5/16, so my net basis is down to 6 3/4.

I figure that I can continue to do this for another couple of months hopefully, which will give me a nice 20-25% return.
