Patrick,

Well I was wrong about today being flat.

However, the market internals were far from being significantly strong.

With today being up so strong and closing at the highs, my short-term technicals are again at maximum levels. The last time they were this high, recently was on Monday and the market dipped on TUE, only to take off again today. Unless the market internals improve dramatically this type of action will end. On the other hand if the market internals do improve dramatically, say new highs at 200-300 range per day consistently then we could have a strong uptrend as we did in JAN-MAR, but that is unlikely.

Seeya

ATTENTION>>>>O.J. Sighting!!!!!!

For those wondering, Jerry has semi-retired(no pun intended) from the market. When we hit 8600 he went 100% to cash and relocated on a temporary basis to CT.

I told him not to give up but he was washed out and tired of getting
smoked. In retrospect he would have made a killing had he been long the few favorites he continued to follow... like LCOS which he begged me to buy at $50 on the second pullback and YHOO when it was just $100

I haven't decided who was the bigger schmuck me for not listening or Jerry for going to cash and throwing in the towel.

I'm sure everybody's thoughts are with him in Trader's Retirementland
and maybe once we top out at 10,000 he'll come back.
