<<Tava gaps up on seemingly good announcement. Next day sells off with no follow through or volume. >>

Tim, would you rather Tava go down with huge volume. If you are a trader, why don't you short after the news and then cover after the drop and buy back? Tava's trading pattern seems pretty predictable.

Question for you: I own 2000 shares at 13 and have been trading another 1000 shares on dips to 8's and 9's to try and make some of my unrealized losses back. What do you think if I were to short 1000 shares at around 9.5 to 10 and then cover about a point lower? Even if tava were to rise, even rapidly, I would be making $1000 instead of $2000 per point. Same thing if it were to go $5 I would be losing $1000 per point instead of $2000. Basically what I am trying to say is that I am not as comfortable as I once was with holding 2000 shares yet I don't want to take the loss at the current time by selling 1000 shares.

Thanks
