From quote.com it looks like $3.00 at 17:43. Where did you get your after hours quote? I quess someone could always have a buy order in at $2.00. Lord, I hope it never gets there!

Please keep the board informed if you find out more. Thanks.

Awashonks.

Opinions please...if this deal is better than expected (per M. Murphy) and is imminent why is this stock at $3.00?

Also, I would love to hear from ISV holders what their strategy is when a deal is announced? From the sounds of it, this deal will make ISV profitable, and Murphy's target for year end is $30. Will it jump to $6 and then drop like a rock from all those "selling on the news?"

Do we sell when it hits 6 and flee? Do we sell half and hope for announcements on the diagnostic kit to drive the stock up?

I have posed this question to Murphy but he has not answered via his newsletter or hotline. I hold a big position (big for me) and would like to hear some input from y'all out there. Thanks in advance.

The $2 bid is no big deal. I am concerned, however, with the way the stock is acting. Todays drop, on no news, was rather large. I called the company and left a message for Mike Baer to call me. So far, nothing heard.

I publicly dismissed the announcement a week or so ago of two new research partners as a "nonevent." Privately, I hoped management was signalling that something was about to break.

I am getting very tired and frustrated with this company. Kumar seems to enjoy the Indian subcontinents' passion for endless haggling. It seems like we've had nothing but promises and dilution for three years. I'd sure like to know why management can't close a deal on a potentially lucrative product like a glaucoma test kit.
