Andrew, I think you are looking at this result in a singular fashion. The fact is the portals trade as a group, and news from each one impacts the others. Yahoo has just set the scene for the remainder of the search-engines, and whilst intra-day shorting maybe a play, anything too adament will get into trouble. Given Yahoo's results, I see no reason why last quarters scenario shouldn't play out again. I don't own Yahoo .... but have some Lycos. I would expect old highs to be retested before any serious pull-back. JMHO Good luck all Stephen
