Walter, I don't write 'em, I just copy 'em. I'm not sure about "hepatotomigaly". My guess would be that it's supposed to read "hepatomegaly" which is an enlarged liver. I suspect that the thermogenesis refers to the generation of heat.

Walter, "Mediated thermogenesis" occurs when one envisions exquisite women. Thermogenesis refers to the birth of heat. Mediated implies something or someone is there to direct the process. For example, I might be hiding in the bushes, directing the actions of the exquisite women. Hope this clears it up. "Hepato" refers to the liver, which could become inflamed if you were to invite these exquisite women to have a few drinks with you or us.
