Gerald, Thanks for the update.

Does the 80M include the current "internet deal".

Surprised about the sponsorship issue. Mr. Dror has been said to have run public companies before, and I am sure a major part of his compensation is in stock. If they become fully reporting that is going in the right direction.

I'm not so worried about him wanting to stay on the BB. I'm tired of hearing about NASD requirements. We've got a ways to go before we need to be concerned.
