Roger,

What?? This has been a good buying opportunity. Jabil has business lined up in its back pocket. Our future is set in stone. We just have to wait a little longer for the stone to set.

I think there are two primary reasons for the declines seen in HDCO recently. 1) PCB manufacturers are seeing increased competition from Asian competitors especially among products having lower complexity (lower layer count); and 2) silicon (ASICs) are able to replace PCBs in certain applications, thus a shrinking market or lower demand for PCBs. I should qualify the last statement that while ASICs may supplant PCBs in certain instances, I don't know if the market overall is shrinking - it may be growing at a slower rate, however.
