There is also a story going around that the fund manager of one fund that had several
hundred thousand shares of Eco was caught doing something illegal and the fund group
dropped him as manager and started dumping his holdings a couple weeks ago.
Supposedly this is the group. But I have no idea if the story is true.

Many thanks for the update. I would substitute your description
of the action by members of the board as being "curious" to really
"odd". It doesn't speak in glowing terms of Eco's board members
unless they too were clueless as to the latest financial
developments. If the VMW PR group's information is accurate,
maybe those very board members will really shake things up.
