To All From Lracco @ AOL: He asked for this to be posted dated July 2, 1998 I can see I will have to watch what I say in these updates from now on. Not only was there a big stink with MTEI, but also with EDII. Apparently our little chats are being broadcasted throughtout the enter. So now that I have everyones attention I would like to say a couple of things. Would the same people who posted the other messages all over the internet, please post this one as well. First on MTEI. I would like to apologize to everyone who was upset by my comments. They were made under frustration, and I am deeply sorry that it caused such widespread confusion. The CEO of MTEI was (from what I have heard) very angry about my comments. Which is good. It shows he cares about the company. I do not like the CEO of MTEI, but that does not mean that I should feel free to call him a criminal, and if he happens to read this e- mail, which I hope he does, I apologize Jack. Let me explicitly say that there is no problem with MTEI. It is a very solid company, which you will see when the press releases are issued. However, my problem is with some comments that Jack has made to several investors. I won't write what he has said, but it is extremely troubling to me, and unfortunately many others. It concerns the manner in which the company will be run in the future. This company has outstanding potential, and is grossly undervalued, but there are a few problems which I am working on fixing. There can be no reason to sell this stock, it is one of the most outstanding long- term investments that I have ever seen, and I have no doubt that the stock will be worth atleast $10 within the next 10 years. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ This dated today: I would just like to say that my confidence in MTEI has been completely renewed. A member of our club will be traveling to Houston to meet with Jack, and the whole experience should provide us with some very interesting tidbits. Anyway MTEI has many many deals and acquisitions, and purchases going through, and the enigma that was Jack is now coming undone. And it is revealing a very capable and intelligent CEO. These are excellent levels to purchase the stock at, and again I apologize for my previous derisive comments against the company. FYI to all :o) Brandy
