Thanks TYY -- I appreciate the welcome mat.

About the only story outside of the oil sector is a private placement of a new peanut butter company. Sorrells Pickard Peanut Butter.

These guys intend to bring all-natural (no stirring required) gourmet peanut butter to the masses. They will turn ole Mr. Pickard (a real dude) into the Col. Sanders of peanut butter.

They have more way to eat and enjoy peanut butter than you can imagine.

They are just getting the $$$ together for the first store in So. Cal. The pb tastes great and the concept is grand. A quarter a share will get you in from Day One.

Now I may be asked to leave...

I also like SEBL. The sales relationship software they sell is just getting going as they develop products for smaller companies. It's a high flier, but will grow into its britches, I'm sure.

'Doc - what are you playing now? Any good screen-out from you?'

Well, I've been busy with my DAY job this week and haven't had any time to snoop out some investment frolics. I will this weekend and post some candidates Sunday, FWIW.

Right now, you can't do worse than the Internuts. They will probably soar, at least at the open, in sympathy with YHOO's home-run earnings and split. If they don't gap up too much, I'm looking to ride them up and short them down. I would not fool with YHOO, as even its overvalued its becoming a "real" holding. I look to the second tier wannabees like DCLK and NETG (I made some very good money with DCLK and had I been at all skilled at this day trading bidness, I could have made a LOT. I'm a novice's novice!) DCLK is waaaay beyond rationality still.

SCTR - just looking at the time & sales chart, most of the action was on the buy side in the am, (eg, 10x1) but toward the close there was a lot for sale. 5000 @ 35, 6000 @ 35 1/8. Let this goose cook some more, as we move closer to earnings i think it will start to get uglier. IMO.
