80% proability x 20 clients = 16 contracts. 16 contracts in the near future would be a nice start. Newt Gingrich is introducing legislation limiting liability to companies in regaurds to the y2k problem. This would open up the flood gates for contracts. Because companies are VERY concerned about this issue. A serious Bill Clinton speach on y2k would open the flood gates with investors. We may see a panic into y2k stocks. This will happen imo, by fall. Buy and Hold.
