It sounds like Robert Shaw now owns all of Apps (R&D). If this is true, this would be the only "development" organization that reports into Ray. Also sounds like this SAP guy and Nimish Mehta (Front Office Apps) and Ron Wohl (Back Office Apps) are all SVP's and all peers reporting into Shaw.

Sales has always reported into Ray Lane. So when Nimish and Ron reported into Larry, R&D and Sales only met up in Larry. I guess now they meet up in Ray, and Ray is also giving this SAP guy some sales responsibility (which I don't believe Ron and Nimish have).

I think this is a great step in the right direction. But still more to do....
