It's gone up on less volume than today. There were some large block sales today that pushed the price lower. It doesn't matter if there is a great deal of volume. If a majority of the volume isn't buying, the stock isn't going to move up.

Well the way I explain this action is this:

For ever 5 trades of 20,000 shares there was a 100,000 share sell. That brought it all back down. Or every 3 or 4 trades. If there would be less seller it would fly. don't worry. It will happen. I have my limit sell order set as GTC for .08 for half and the other half at 1.
