Thursday mornings have often been good to us. Just past experience. Also, TSIS is in the San Diego area. I'm going to ask my father who lives there to stop in and have a little tour.

Also, TSIS is expanding their sales force NATIONWIDE. Commission only! This should go a long way to getting the word out about our little gem for clients AND new investors!

Best Regards,

R. Gates

I have visited their offices on several occasions, although not during/after the currently-described expansion. It's in a one-story office building (sort of like an industrial park but without the "factory" areas) in Encinitas, a small community perhaps 15 miles north of San Diego. Offices were neat and clean, but not posh, ie no polished marble lobbies and no rosewood desks and no limited edition prints and no "star Wars" conference room. All available space was pretty much taken up with desks with people working at the desks and work papers on the desks. In other words, no obvious red flags, though I certainly didn't stick around to see what kind of car everybody drove home in.

'Most every shareholder who attended the Annual Meeting in February also went on the tour of the spaces at that time (I was unable to take the tour).
