Oh I was arguing for the past two days on this and a gentleman at a National Financial Securities Firm (Ross) called and gave me all the numbers plus was kind enough to conference me in on the conversation with NASD. He also explained to me the purpose for the three dates which have been established for a long time. He was confused on the time factor between each of the dates but for situations like this that why the dates were established. (attachment, seperation, and receipt) It seems it is all quite simple and it is the opinions of others that make it complicated. I am learning so much everyday that it is not funny and actually making some very good contacts too. I am truly amazed at how clear cut the rules and regulations are concerning the market. GB
