What is AIQ?

AIQ is a company name and brand name for a charting and technical analysis software product called Trading Expert for Windows. An add-on product, Expert Design Studio, lets you develop your own stock selection and timing models, and also back-test them on the stock data. A few of us on this thread use it.

Tech Data Corp is the parent of AIQ and Dial Data. AIQ has a free 30-day trial of the full package. (Order from Barbara Greer at 800-332-2999, Incline Village, NV. Tell her Dennis Johnson referred you.) They also have a neat portfolio screen on the web at mytrack.com. It's free for delayed quotes and about $35-40 per month for real time quotes, charts, options prices, trades and more. Check it out.

The numbers in my earlier post refer to a set of Trading Expert rules that "fire" when certain conditions are met. A 95 up-rating or better is considered a buy signal (a score of 95-1 means 95 up and 1 down, with 4 that were not triggered).

Search for AIQ in full text mode below, and see a list of post mentioning AIQ, and also the SI track.

Good luck,
Dennis
