New Claymore Resources Ltd NCS Shares issued 4,015,775 Jul 8 close $1.10 Fri 10 Jul 98 Property Agreement See Blackrun Ventures Inc (BKV) Acquisition The VSE has accepted for filing an option agreement between New Claymore Resources and Blackrun Ventures whereby Blackrun an acquire 25 per cent interest in the property known as the Lubicon East/Senta prospect. In order to exercise the option, Blackrun has agreed to pay a total of $87,500 and issue 25,000 shares upon regulatory acceptance and issue a further 75,000 shares no later than July 31, 1998 provided that an acceptable geological report is filed with the exchange.
