Well, if there is one thing LU is the king of, it's PATENTS...
Bells Labs, Lucent both have registered at least one patent a day for the last umpteen years...they are good at it and hopefully they will be good at enforcing them. I don't have a true indicator of the current suit, but with or without it...the fact remains that this company still holds one helluva lot of patents, and continues to get them every day...many companies make bank on ONE patent alone. Long term heavy pick. IMO

Like a said before, just because the title says an Analog Recording/Reproducing apparatus; it depends on the disclosure, meaning the detailed description of the invention and the claims.
