Can the SEC be sued...This is outrageous! How many years have Mary and others been under investigation??I believe since 1994!! This is pure harrasement by an uncontrolled bully. ForGod's sakes this is just a small BB company with about 5 fulltime employees tops...It's Absolutely incredible!!! IMO, I believe Kenneth Star has something to do with this too.... I Can't Imagine IBM's stock falling from $100 to $24 bucks and nothing being done about it! But, Today the high for Mine was $1 and the low perhaps .02 I agree with a free market but hey SEC enough is enough!! If these guys are crooks then throw them under the jail, but after 4 yrs of big brother it's time to move on! Folks, I'll contribute what I can if you guys wish to proceed with any legal action to see this thing to a quick resolve.
