Mostar airport reopens

Mostar, Bosnia

The Mostar airport, closed to civilian flights since the Bosnia civil war erupted in 1992, was reopened Tuesday. Carlos Westendorp, the top international diplomat in Bosnia, was on hand. "Airports stand for normality," he said. 'Airports mean business- and business means jobs."
