Hello everyone. I thought I might give SI a shot...I read every post faithfully each night and I feel like I know each of you. For a free trial subscription, how can you lose? For that matter, I feel the same about ARET...it looks like a winner. Lets look at some facts and questions that are resting on this shareholders mind: 1. Back on April 30, a press release went out declaring that ARET was going to break ground and start construction within 30 to 45 days on the Hydro project out in Clinton Missouri. Is the company beginning to realize any Revenue on this project and how is it progressing? 2. Back on April 28, a press release went out declaring that Design work has started on the initial phase of 500 low income homes in the Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico area. Ground breaking was scheduled to begin within 6 months. How is Tomahawk doing on this project and has the company received any money? The first contract was for a fixed fee plus incentives valued at approximately $5 million USD. The final contract will be determined after the design phase is completed. 3. Back on April 13, ARET entered into an agreement with the Dakota Ojibway Tribal Council to provide designing and engineering project management for a housing program in Manitoba. Is there a projected date as to when this project will kick off? 4. Back on June 3, a similar arrangement to #3 above was made with the Dakota Plains First Nation...the budgeting was greater (almost 2X's bigger). Any progress on this or is it too early to speculate? 5. Any update on the December 15, 1997 press release on the potential contract to build the Hydro facility in Winnipeg? 6. Where does the company stand on the May 5 press release on the proposed project to build a Hydro facility on Cheyenne-Arapaho land in the Oklahoma City area? The press release stated that a signed contract was expected to be executed in the next 30 to 45 days..any update? 7. Where does the company stand on the three projects with Fluor-Daniel? Lots of money at stake with these projects...have not heard anything since May. 8. Are we still in the running to build housing projects for the Navajo's as per the press release from last September 15? 9. Is the Missouri deal valued between $90-$120 million still on the back burner due to problems in Asia? 10. Is the St. Lucia project a thing of the past? Is someone still looking at this as potential business down the road? 11. Is the company in communicato with Barrick to purse Gambling projects? It appears that the company is further defining and diversifying itself as per the FXWA news released two days ago. 12. It is probably too early to state this but is the Monterrey situation improving based on the press release from June 23? 13. Finally, congratulations to ARET on the purchase of First Americans Mortgage and the approximate 75,000 shares of FXWA stock. Folks, there are a ton of things happening these days with ARET. I believe they have done a fine job in less than a year (since Tomahawk came out of bankruptcy). To me, this looks like a company heading in the right direction and it is an exciting company. The casino projects really pique my interest because this company can make a boatload of cash if they can land a deal. I can't think of another stock with so much happening priced at less than 2 cents a share...to me, it is a powder keg set to explode if Delmar plays his cards correctly. Note that the recent press release can be found now on the Net (FXWA news is out on www.smartmoney.com). Here is hoping for more news to come to catapult this stock to loftier levels.
