These bonds were issued in a private placement and are not tradeable here in the US.

Publicly traded convertible bonds that are in the money usually trade at a slight premium to their intrinsic (ie converted) value, I believe.

The bondholders probably won't start shorting against the box until the stock appreciates another 50% or so from here, at least at this early stage. They have 3 years before SEPR even has the power to force conversion, and a lot can happen in that period.

Hopefully they will cut a deal with Eli Lilly pretty soon and blast the hell out of this roadblock.
