weak magnets do not need to be retested if they are blown through. they normally provide similar support and resistance as the other magnets but, in the rare occasion that a magnet gets blown through, the weak ones do not bother me.

By high concentration of overhead magnets I am refering to the number of magnets in the general vacinity of the current level of the S&P. There are far more than normal so the magnetic force will be much more difficult to approach and break through.

Neutral zones are half way points between two magnets. the area provides stocks and indices an area of rest while it either gathers strength to move to the next magnet up or top and come back to the magnet below. If the magnet below has been fully tested the neutral zone is generally just a place where the rebuild of strength happens.
