Been getting PM's all day myself from Riley, he is suggesting among other things that A. The 506 is not the same as the private deal with the investors, B. He has another company lined up to buy the shares C. He may buy all the shares for $250,000 and bust the shorts himself.

C sounds like the best plan for the shareholders, let Riley pay for the audit, the shareholders shares won't be restricted and they can "bust the shorts" without waiting until Jan to do it, I am sure everyone would applaud this generous offer. <g>

>>"if you only new what the merger was!".<<

I guess only certain shareholders are allowed to know what the industry/company that is being merged but not ALL shareholders.

I don't think it is fair/right for the company to disclose information to certain shareholders (that is not public knowledge) without disclosing it to all shareholders. Looks like only some of the information was communicated in the shareholder letter.

My guess is that is an 'internet company', which could be good for a run like KTEL had (only to come crashing down quickly). There are a lot of internet wanna-be's that have had runs when they include the internet in their business focus, regardless if profits won't come from several years. Geez, that kind of sounds like AMZN.
