I noticed an article a while back about how the NASDAQ was going to start counting trades like the other exchanges. In other words not double counting them from the seller to the MM and then another one from the MM to the buyer. I noticed after I read this that most of the NASDAQs stocks were showing half the normal volume so I assumed that it went into effect immediately. Now today, the rally just happened to have volume close to normal for DELL and many of the others I am in. Did we have double the normal volume today or were we only having half the normal volume prior to this run. Either way, when did/does this new counting method take effect?

Chris, glad to hear you held on to your DELL. I wish I would have listened to my self and bought more calls yesterday when it dipped to 90.
