Rick, If you are not already aware the AGM is Friday July 17th, 1998 at the Hamilton Room, Bow Valley Square, +30 Level, 205 - 5th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB, at 10:00 am {Calgary time}. They want to approve the reservation of up to 10,000,000 common shares of the company for potential issuance pursuant to one or more future private placement financings, there is already 14,310,917 shares issued and outstanding. You have to wonder if management has what it takes to turn things around. I lost alot of money on this flea infested dog, and managements answer to revive life is put more shares out there. Don't expect any gains from this dog for a long time. RE: "There does not appear to be any interest in accumulating shares in this Company." Rick, there does not appear to be any interest in this company period. And why should there be, management has proved nothing except the fact that they can lose the shareholders money and do nothing productive to gain it back.
