PK, BD, anyone. With all this doom and gloom, is it at least POSSIBLE that we might get some upside earning surprises? It seems to me that anything remotely positive could cause sentiment to change.

Earnings estimates have been coming down for weeks, presumably at the guidance of management, but I haven't seen many warnings (in this sector). Does anyone know which drillers have warned so far?

Worst case scenario, say that oil goes to $9 as Ken Heebner said. Can the drillers survive at that level, or will they come crashing down like the Japanese banks?
