For those of you who may be interested, Mr. and Mrs. Pignatiello are now involved with a female Australian swimmer who has successfully swam between the USA and Cuba, and most recently has attempted to swim between Mexico and Cuba. Apparently Mr. Pignatiello runs the accompanying boat & shark cage and serves as the event organizer, while Mrs. Pignatiello is the media coordinator. Both now live in Coral Gables, FL. Who says crime doesn't pay? But that still doesn't answer the question as to who controls CHES. I can tell you it isn't Mr. Pignatiello, because he's permanently barred from any participation in any public company. At least those of you interested in any DD can now look in Florida for some answers to your questions. Perhaps they have a listed telephone number? Does anyone else find it ironic that many of these seemingly scam companies always appear to end up in Florida? KJC
