Roger, I like their symbol - SACM. Oh, wait. I must be dislexic. I also like $50 million market cap companies with $5,800 of quarterly revenue and floorless converts. Do you think they will manage to pump it any to put the warrants in the money? I see it has been in the teens not too long ago. $10 in late April. But the warrants' strike is $7.287, almost a point above the stock. Don't they need to pump it first, so the warrant shares can be dumped on the market without too much of a loss?

Roger,

I noticed that the SACM float is only 3.4M. I have always been a bit weary of shorting anything with a small float because if it is being manipulated, it can be run up on minimal volume. However, everything else about SACM screams short. Any feelings on the small float?
