The troubled company ends up paying just to get out of them, and the next occupant becomes the beneficiary of these "cheap leases." Now, now Jean, that is not true, as a rule. The lessors are some of the first fleas kicked off the dog, if need be, and they usually screw themselves by not supporting a shop in bankruptcy. So you are a real estate type? or was that ....
