DYNS

The question was asked "Why for all these years has DYNS been a penny stock?" Well back in 1991 DYNS decided to stop reporting. Since there are 40,000,000 shares outstanding and 5,000,000 in the float shareholders will always be out voted 8/1 and there was nothing other than a class action complaint filed by the shareholders that could stop them.

According to Gail from DYNS investor relations the new CEO is interested in reporting again. When is the question? That is why I am setting up a meeting with them (DYNS) to see that they become more visible. Of course I have selfish reasons. But, I believe that DYNS has a fiduciary responsibility to it shareholders, and if DYNS wants to begin reporting, you bet I want to be there to help them (as long as I'm on the ground floor of course!)

I always say - "LEAD, FOLLOW OR GET OUT OF THE WAY!"
