I agree with your price outlook and would lean towards your
higher prediction.

The company has been in the quiet period for the past 2 - 3 months.
Add 2 more months(July and August), that's a lot of information
to be kept quiet. When information starts to come directly from the company, it will relinquish some of the doubts that this is all "hype".

Plus add the PMA, that adds fuel to the fire.
