I heard today that Assays might already be completed on the first two holes, but Zappa has to wait for Cambiors approval to release the results! Things should hopefully really get moving soon.

I guess Walt should have started this Zappa thread with a headline like: "BILLION DOLLAR MASSIVE SULPHIDE DEPOSIT". People might have taken notice then! It seems that when people describe mining properties with any facts at all people tend to yawn. They are looking for stocks that have doubled or tripled, then they buy them. I just find it awful hard to imagine a company has more value after it tripled then it had in the first place! The Markets don't seem to be moving up on value anymore. Technically the stock markets look great, but fundamentally they are the SHITS.

I have been watching Golden Eagle for some time after seeing those banner ads suggesting 157 million ounces or some other ridiculous number. I never bought into this and am sure that Bo would have noticed this from a MINE press release:

" While the company had acquired a Diamec 252 diamond drill to assist Paravicini in his sampling program on the Cangalli concessions, Paravicini and Dr. Donald Hausen, a member of the companies Technical Advisory Board, recommended AGAINST its use due to the deposit's characteristics. Instead, a program of channeling, trenching and pitting was chosen because of increased representative sample size."

This is a huge red flag !! Estimates based on channeling and trenching? No drilling? Companies always undergo channeling and trenching before drilling. Drilling is what proves the size of the deposit. MINE didn't think that drilling was necessary. Check out the story by punching in "MINE" in the quote area, click on news and read the story from May 22. Zappa will be trading at a higher level than MINE next year, probably sooner.

Tomorrow, some thoughts on Zappa.

Gentlemen, what's wrong with this?
