You guys are kidding yourselves. Why would a company that has a stated policy of "ISSUING" shares, suddenly reverse course and begin buying them? That is almost as absurd as the buy recommendation on the triple bottom. Ask yourselves, why would I buy the cow, when the milk AND then meat is FREE?? This company has already demonstrated that it will dilute the shareholders ruthlessly, and will then turn around and issue its offices warrants and stock options that are sure to be blown in your face. Wise up people. We have been had. The only was out is to sell the rally; as surely as the boys at ACT will be doing.
