I can see that your valley experience has given you a glimpse of two paths when you could only see one from your mountain peak. One badly trodden, crooked and without clear direction. The other straight, well lit and barely trodden. The little man shakes his head and wonders which path shall I take. The inner voice nudges one way and the raucous voice of man another. O weak and fragile man tell me clearly which path I should take. The tug of war ends and he moves his feet slowly on the path to his eternall destiny with the shadows of the Cross growing shorter. ..............

I gotta wonder, and I'm gonna take a risk here of offending, but I wanna know.
The body of your posts suggests that you agree with and rather like some of the things you're saying. This is in jarring contrast to you calling me a "complete X-hole" and then reiterating the characterization. I realize I'm probably being sensitive about this. I do note however that one of the peculiarities about chatboard communication is that it can get so very personal.
So:
1) you're maybe showing very left-handed affection, guy-style.
Or:
2) you're declaring disgust.
or even
c) A rather individual blending of the two. Affectionate revulsion.
Mind if I ask which, if any, of the above apply? Pardon my thin skin.
