They didn't totally walk away. They still own 3 million shares at $15 and will market the product. From the press release J&J wanted more trials for other applications and ALLP wanted to move ahead with approval. If Oxygent is approved, ALLP will now make more money which will benefit shareholders. Regarding another "sucker", if you think their drugs aren't going anywhere why buy the stock?

Bob why are you negative? I assume your "source" is an ALLP employee. What is his/her opinion of the co's products?
