Dale, re. SACM, yes I've studied it. Somebody in the SEC Search Club brought it up yesterday, since it involves a discounted convert deal, which is what the Club specializes in.

I did an analysis that I emailed to the Club members. There's a lot of dirt I dug up in the filings, but I will wait awhile before posting in public what I've emailed to the Club.

You asked specifically about float:
based on my read of the DEF-14A, float is 3.4 M shares
