Actually, the fact that TAVA "has its hands full" right now might just be the impetus for a sooner-rather-than-later acquisition of a couple of smaller systems integrators, to expand TAVA's geographical reach, customer base, and staffing. You'd be pleasantly surprised how affordable these types of companies can be, as the principals/owners have typically never had *any* type of exit strategy or "cash in" options before.

Don't be surprised if you see a couple moves this year.

I agree that there are no imminent acquisitions - without new debt or dilutive financing. Mr. Drobnic is simply wrong with his assertion.
