Iraklis, my mistake in making my point clear. With some guessing going on as to how many will sign up right away I thought the capacity number given (100,000) was an indication as to the pre-release interest GMGC has experienced...hence the merit for going ahead with another NOC at this point in time. In the clip from the GMGC site included in my posting there is an indication of one or more additional NOC. Also I don't mean to dismiss the significants of the others (Telco or whomever) involved in an additional NOC. Thanx, Scrapps
